at Pittsburgh Montessori PreK-8

201 South Graham Street
Friendship, PA 15206

9 AM - Noon
Topic: Music in Montessori Practice
Speaker: Karen Sloneker

This presentation will help teachers understand the basics of children’s musical development, and will show us how to support that development in our classrooms.  In addition, we’ll learn some new songs and musical activities that we can share with our children the next time we see them--regardless of our own levels of musical accomplishment.  Lots of active participation will illustrate the concepts presented.  We’ll sing and dance the morning away!

For current GPMS members, there is no charge to attend ($15 for non-members) so click here to renew, or apply for, membership today.
